Notes: Good friend of Simon Cashmere. Both go to the same school and play football. Steve seems more focused that Simon at doing academic work, but is mystified when Kappatoo takes Simons place in the 20th Century, especially when Simon appears to be so unfit and unable to walk to school. Eventually, Kappatoo tells Steve the truth and they still remain good friends, with Steve providing assistance where needed.

Trivia: Actor Graeme Hawley went on to become serial killer 'John Stape' in Coronation Street.
